Peach Flatto Sweet Cap
Bare root
The first flat peach in New Zealand! Sweet Cap is a white fleshed variety with excellent flavour - delicious when eaten while still crunchy, or equally tasty when left to soften slightly. The fruit has a very small stone, which is very easy to eat around. The fruit will ripen from late January to mid February depending on the area of the country. The tree can grow to around 4m tall if allowed to, and is best with a preventative spray programme to avoid diseases like leaf curl and brown rot.
