$6 flat rate delivery fee for all areas listed above.
If your area is not listed above we are not likely to deliver to you so please be sure to read the info below before submitting an order
The weekly order cut of time for delivery is 5 pm Tuesday. Any order received after this time will be delivered the following Wednesday
Deliveries are done between 8 am and 7 pm. We are not able to give you an exact time that we will deliver your order due to the large area we cover during the delivery day.
Areas not listed for Delivery
PLEASE NOTE! before placing an order for delivery that we DO NOT deliver throughout NZ! We only deliver to those local areas listed using our own delivery vehicle. Due to the fragile nature of many of our products like plants, we will not courier items. We may however package up some items and send them via NZ Post at the customers own risk, please email us before placing an online order to see if this may be an option and we can quote on the shipping cost to your area.
If you do happen to place an order for delivery outside of our delivery area and then request a refund we can do this less a 10% admin, money reversal, and restocking fee.
Pick up Orders
If your order is for pick up we will generally have this ready within 24hrs of receiving it and notify you by email when it is ready to collect. Please note this does not necessarily mean your order will be ready on the same business day as placing it.
Orders can be collected during our normal opening hours of 7 days from 9 am-5 pm. We will hold any plant orders for up to 4 weeks to enable you plenty of time to arrange collection for those of you living outside the area and maybe planing a trip to visit wonderful Waihi Beach.
Sold out order items
In the unlikely event that you place an order for a stock item that has sold out, we will either substitute it for an alternative if we have something very similar or we will issue an electronic refund.
With retail sales happening on a day-to-day basis via our shop as well as online shopping this can happen on the odd occasion and we apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.
