Perpetual is a rich source of natural iron which produces masses of dark green semi pointed leaves with an excellent texture and taste. Can be harvested continually by removing only the outer leaves.

• After Harvest: Use baby leaves fresh in salads and older leaves may be cooked in a variety of dishes.

• Position: Full sun.

• Planting: 20cm apart.
